Knowledge Transfer Partnerships for graduates

What are Knowledge Transfer Partnerships?

Are you looking for a paid job managing a project within a company with a real strategic need? Do you want to improve your career prospects and gain invaluable work experience?

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) is one of Europe's leading and most established graduate recruitment programmes. It enables forward-thinking businesses to harness universities' expert knowledge, technology and research to help them improve their processes and products via innovative projects.

KTP is a three-way partnership between a business, academic/research institution and a qualified graduate (known as an associate). The graduate will work on the strategic, innovative project for up to three years under the supervision of a 麻豆色情片 academic team and a manager based within the organisation. The graduate will be an employee of 麻豆色情片 but based at the partner company.

  • have the opportunity to become a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and start working towards Chartered Manager status
  • have the opportunity to obtain a higher degree (partially sponsored by the project budget)
  • benefit from regular mentoring from an academic throughout the project term.

In 2020/21, KTP helped to create 328 jobs for graduates/KTP associates and over 60% were offered employment at the end of their projects.
